ITC Holdings Corp. Schedules Fourth Quarter and Year-End Earnings Release and Conference Call

NOVI, Mich., March 1, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) will announce its consolidated fourth quarter and year-end 2005 financial results after the market close on Wednesday, March 15.

In addition, ITC will conduct a conference call to discuss fourth quarter and year-end 2005 earnings results at 11:00 a.m. EST Thursday, March 16th. Joseph L.
