Brett Leopold Promoted to Vice President, ITC Holdings Corp. and President, ITC Great Plains
NOVI, Mich., May 21, 2015 – ITC Holdings Corp. (NYSE: ITC) today announced that Brett Leopold has been promoted to vice president, ITC Holdings Corp. and president, ITC Great Plains. He previously served as director, ITC Holdings Corp. and president, ITC Great Plains. Mr. Leopold serves as the business unit head for ITC Great Plains.
Mr. Leopold joined ITC in 2008 as director of regulatory policy and attorney for ITC Great Plains, advocating regulatory objectives and legal positions before state regulators in the Southwest Power Pool region. He previously served as an attorney in regulatory and state government affairs positions for Sprint Corporation in Kansas, and in legal positions with law firms in Missouri and Kansas, the United States Attorney’s Office in Kansas City, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit in Kansas. Mr. Leopold has practiced law since 1993. He holds a juris doctor degree from Yale Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas.
