Learn about the agreement between ITC and Entergy

ITC and Entergy announced in December 2011 an agreement for Entergy to separate and merge its electric transmission business into ITC Holdings Corp.

The agreement, which requires approval from several regulatory bodies, will result in ITC becoming one of the largest electric transmission companies in the U.S., with subsidiaries spanning from the Great Lakes to the Gulf Coast.
