• ITC-Entergy Transaction

  Under a proposed transaction with ITC Holdings Corp., Entergy will merge its electric transmission business into ITC. This deal will make ITC one of the largest transmission companies in the U.S., with more than 30,000 miles of transmission lines spanning from the Great Lakes to the Gulf Coast.
